You seem to want more of them and who am I to deny sharing them. Though I feel a little bad because I didn’t wrote more other posts the last week. At this moment I am very busy off-line, but I swear that I will post more in the rest of this month. I joined the Darren Rowse’s challenge to build a better blog in 31 days and it had its effect. The nice thing is that I can repeat it as often as I like and if you have a blog you should give it a try too.

Here are my favorites of this week:

• The first one is a little lugubrious in my opinion but nonetheless worth reading. It’s a post about Mr. Mathews from Buckinghamshire who has terminal cancer and is betting on his own life and is collecting his winning payout.

• These days everything is about saving money. Though the best thing is not to spend money if you need to make the ends meet. But if you are in the situation that you are in need of certain paper forms and you want to save some money, you can just print them out here for free.
• Yes, this week I found just three favorites, so I let the last be a funny, recognizable one, though I just use a vacuum cleaner.

• The first one are these astonishing 3D paintings, my sister shared with me. They are amazing. Wouldn’t that be a nice thing to do offline by yourself?
• As I love creativity, like you do, I was amazed by this whole bedroom in a box.
• The next one is a hilarious one in my opinion as it shows in detail what to do with 1 knife, 1 ring, access to a sunbed and the ability to grow a beard. This are all you need if you are in love with a friend and you know she wouldn’t want to have sex with you because she has a boyfriend. Try it out and share your experience with us.
• The last one for this week is a beautiful panorama picture for art and book lovers. Isn’t it beautiful.

First of all: Sorry for the delay and thanks to all my vast readers for understanding. Though this wasn’t my most pleasant week in a long time, I took the time to collect some of my favorites to share them with you:

• The first interesting thing I came across was this free online service where you can make huge poster of your photos. I didn’t use it already by myself but I will in the future.
• This one about atheism was hilarious in my opinion.
• Isn’t it great to see how this piglet ears reacting on the sounds in their environment?
• ‘Do something. It’s a movie!’ Just watch this 1 minute video of the father who makes a 8mm movie of his daughter.
• At last a piece of art from a tragedy in tinyland. I always like this photos.

Since I found something new creative to do offline whilst stumbling and I’m totally into paper mache since a week, I’m glad to share some more with you. Here they come:

• I don’t know about you but I find this handwritten letter to Dr. Ruth hilarious.
• There were some discussions about how old this one is. However, it made me laugh and that was exactly what I needed.
• The first animal that drew my attention was this dancing and head banging parrot.
• This hug of a lion is great. Unbelievable.
• You must see this lorry. I wish I could live in it.

My little stumbling before bedtime brought me another handful of favorites this week. Here they are:

• I thought that I was very good at guessing how old somebody is when I see a picture. The website How old are you? proofed me wrong. You can also upload your own picture and let other people guess your age.
• This little comic strip on Explosm.net made me laugh. It’s so recognizable.
• At first glance I thought this was a picture of my own rabbit Bob. Then I saw it’s a very nice workshop about how to make a paper mache rabbit sculpture. Since I saw this I am interested in this craft.
• Of course I browsed for more of this paper mache stuff online and found this video, where Dan of monster-man.com makes a paper mache dragon baby. Very nice. I would love to make a velociraptor like in Jurassic Park, but I think I should start with a smaller project. A rabbit maybe?
• Of course there is always an animal that draws my attention. This time it’s a poor dog that has a nightmare in this video.

I nearly don’t dare to mention it, but I think this is going to become a series. I had  funny, interesting, weird and inspiring discoveries when I was on my late-night-before-I-go-to-bed-journey. Wow I just invented a new term. If you are in the mood for it, and I guess you are, read on!

• I stumble upon this post by Peter from Ying VS Yang. Peter tells how he regained hope and willpower to go after what he wants in life after he read the text on a buddy’s t-shirt. As you can see in my comments over there, I found it very inspiring. By the way: the comments of the readers are very valuable as well.
• A little bit weird and funny was this story of a Russian hairdresser, who subdued and raped a guy who tried to rob her. I know that there were discussions in the past if it’s possible at all that a woman rapes a man. In the end he has to physical react on her advances and when he reacts (erects) can you then talk about rape? Read what her sentence is in this post.
• The following one is a simple but true comic strip that describes exactly how I felt sometimes when I still sat in the Dilbert cube.
• This one isn’t time consuming at all. Just a funny picture of a cool dog.
• This video takes 1:20 minutes and it’s funny to see how a dog is calming down a crying baby.

Again there were some funny and intersting things I found in my nightly journey this week. So before I go into the weekend (birthday party tonight) I want to share them with my dear readers. Enjoy the short list!

• Did you ever dreamed of ski jumping like they do on New-years Eve in Garmisch Partenkirschen (or however this is spelled)? On this toilet you have the chance to feel for a moment like a pro. This picture is totally awesome and every toilet joke falls into nothingness when you see this.
• The following shows how important it is to see things from out perspective. Literally in this case. This 15 year old teenager is just 1 feet and 1 inch tall and weight 11 lb. See the pictures with her and her class mates. She’s a happy young lady. So if you think about unnecessary limitations of yours, come back and watch them again.
• It’s all about the money lately. Did you ever had this nightmare experience that the cash machine is eating your card and gives you no money? Or anything similar? Even worse, what would you do if you are at an ATM to put cash on your bank account and after you feed the machine it jumps on an error message? See what this Chinese man did when it happened to him.
• No favorite list without an animal. I bet you will enjoy this little turtle. As last week I don’t have to add to much words, you understand immediatley why I chose this picture as a favorite.
• If you are struggling with your time as a freelancer, you will love this article. It’s written by a person who works as a freelancer her (almost) entire life and the tips given are very helpful. I read this article a couple of times over. This is what I call advice from one who has been there.

This week I came across some interesting things I like to share with you. Here’s my list and the explanation why they caught my attention and landed in my favorites.

• The first one is a short animated video called MY DARLING (seemingly out of the series Tales Of Mere Existence) by Levni Yilmaz.
  The story/situation is very recognizable for the most of us. If not, it’s just me. Anyway, this is the first reason why I like this. The second reason is the voice of the narrator. It’s kind of sad and he doesn’t seem to breath whilst speeking. It seems to be just one long flowing sentence. Watch it and let me know what you think.
• The second one is in fact a video I laugh about since a couple of weeks. It’s from the Onion News Network. It’s so amazing to see how they can produce such a video and staying so serious whilst telling about Sony new stupied piece of shit that doesn’t fucking work how it’s fucking supposed to. It’s just hilarious. I don’t know exactly why I have to think on my friend Jason when I see it, but I guess it’s the dry kind of humor.
• Jeff from My Super Charged Life, shares in this post his experience with living on a budget, what is very enlightening. He discovers that $100 dollar can be a whole bunch of money. He explains why shopping is not entertaining, that things can be fixed easily and how a true deal can be really exciting. He has a very entertaining style. Maybe you like it, so give it a shot.
• The fourth one is this squirrel mother that safes his baby for a attacking/playing dog by attacking the dog. Take a look at the pictures and I don’t have to explain why I like it.
