You could consider this 17th part of the ruler tutorials in Manga Studio as a the start of a mini-series within the whole series. In this video I demonstrate the first of 3 creation methods of panel rulers. In this first part we are using the panel ruler layer and rasterizing it after our settings are done. The sound is by the way not that good in this video but I think you will understand me anyway.
