Not just reboot, even reinstall (!) did not help It still does not respond. On another PC everything seems to be okay. Thanks for attention

Does it reappear if you go directly to the Windows menu and check it there? If not, did you hibernate your computer? Then a reboot may help as weird things can happen if the computer was hibernated.

My layers panel disappeared. I can not see it any more, whatever I do. F4 does not help.
