What’s Right With You?

Window shopping at Eaton's department store.

Are you saying in your mind or even out loud all kind of nasty things that doesn’t really cheer you up? When you for example make a mistake, are you saying to yourself how stupid and useless you are? Do you stand in front of the mirror, saying to yourself how ugly you are when you look at certain parts of your face or body?

Do people around you react a little bored or even annoyed when they observe you doing this? Maybe it’s a good idea over the weekend to have a little challenge. You see, everybody of us knows at least one person who is really beautiful and always finds some parts of his or her body to complain about. There are even very intelligent people out there who consider themselves stupid and limiting their possibilities while doing so.

All the people around you, hearing your complains about the things you think are wrong with you, would love to hear from you what is right with you. When you focus on this things you will become happier and the people who love you want to see you happy.

Though the challenge I have in mind shouldn’t be a challenge at all, but it sounds a little catchy and maybe this is the reason why you are reading this right now. Here is the challenge and I hope you share with us this 2 things:

  1. What is right with you as A Person?
  2. What is right with you Physically?

To make a start here are my two things that are right with me: 1. I have a very open mind and like to try new things and often choose the road less traveled. 2. I think my hands are looking good.

Can’t wait to read yours!

    The two things that are right with me.
    1. I am a trust-worthy person. My friends tell me their deepest and darkest secrets. I used to know 4 of my friends’ password. Sometimes they ask me to open something from their email and text me their passwords. As soon as I got what they needed I immediately delete their message so that no one can read it and I forget or never try to memorize their passwords. Another example is, I used to handle my cousin’s bank accounts and ATM cards and knew the pin codes and I never get a single penny from it. I am proud that my family and friends trusts me and I would love to keep it that way coz’ it would be so hard to earn someone’s trust.

    2. The right thing with me physically is that I don’t get fat or overweight so fast even though I eat too much!! When I gain weight I could shed it off in just one week. My goal is to never exceed 105 lbs.

      Wow, that’s detailed. Thank you very much for sharing and congratulations to your friends for having such a positive person amongst them!

    This is a great way to get people who are always negative to be positive. After all thoughts are energy and will effect us one way or the other.

      I couldn’t agree more. Maybe you want to share with us what’s right with you?

    1. As a person I like myself because I have a great sense of humor.
    2. Physically, I like my hair.

    I dugg this and stumbled it, because I think we should all do this once a day. Guess what I did this morning that Paul McKenna would appreciate: I left a third of my pancakes and gave them to someone else!

    This is an easy test professor Mario;

    I love spiritual knowledge.

    I love that my face looks younger than I am.

    @Swimturtle
    Sorry I wasn´t around when you were sharing your pancakes.

    @Mckay
    This is great! I watched your video and learned that you are young at heart and this is probably why you look younger. Of course I write this without knowing your age. 22?

    Mario, I like your post, first there are many good things that I love to list. I like creativity, simple things in life, love Nature, people, and music and if I do not look perfect, that is a normal thing for me. Imagine, if all the people look the same the world would be the most boring place to live. Variety that is what I like. Complaining does not help, if something does not feel right do something about, to change simple as this!

    Thank you for the great article!

      Thanks for commenting Zuzanna,

      I guess we all have this little imperfections. Physically I don’t like my nose in profile for example. The only thing I can do about it is taking the front view and go on with my daily life. As simple as that, lol.

      Have a great day!
